Other than Electrics and some engine and brake parts most have a Kaneg Products come with a 12-month warranty.  Check with us before a purchase as to which Kaneg products; do/don't have a 12mth warranty.

Manufacture; 

We Manufacture those hard to get bits in Australia, so contact us for a special product and we may be able to assist.

We import product from all over the World; 

Britain, China, Germany, Italy, Japan and the US to service our Customer’s needs.

Delivery costs;

Generally; Postage is inclusive for product delivered into Australia, International Freight is an extra to the product cost.

International Orders Policy.

Kaneg shipping costs are inclusive to the item price ONLY if shipped within the Australian mainland.

If your order is to be shipped Internationally, that is beyond the Australian mainland, before placing an order please email us; sales@kaneg.com.au and we shall confirm the EXTRA COST to Freight/Ship International.

If you place an order then cancel, to Refund your Cancelled Order; we deduct 20% from the order total, we impose this deduction:

As PayPal do not refund the PayPal Fee charged when you place an order.

To cover the administration costs associated with processing a Refund.

To Refund your total Order value, means we have lost money on the change of mind Cancelled Transaction.

If you place an order prior to confirming with us the EXTRA International Freight/Shipping Cost, then cancel the Order requesting a refund, as nominated we deduct 20% of the total order cost to refund.
