Description

• CNC Machined out of Solid Billet Aluminium
• Includes an O-Ring that seals it to the Filler Neck in your Fuel Tank
• These caps use your existing fitment bolts
• They weigh 110gr on average 50% lighter than your existing cap
• They spin on the base to tighten
• Built in breather system

These caps are an aftermarket part designed to make fuelling faster and do not have a lock

Fitting Instructions

• Using common sense, fit the new cap in a well lighted & ventilated area
• Ensure there are no naked flames or anyone smoking
• Turn OFF mobile phones to prevent sparking
• Turn OFF bike
• Use an Allen Key to loosen & remove bolts
• Open fuel cap and see if there is another bolt inside & loosen and remove
• Remove OEM Fuel Cap
• An Anti-seize thread coating is recommended to use before re-fitting the bolts as you install the new Keyless Fuel Cap
• Apply a small amount of grease to the Fuel Cap Lid & Base Thread then close
