Capit’s TNT Heating Technology is an innovative and patented Warmer System

Now you can experience the Kaneg Warmer, using the patented TNT cyclic self-adjusting Heating Technology, achieving a uniform 85°C within 30 minutes radiating heat over the whole tyre right to the rim.

Our innovative and precision made Warmer is used by MGP and WSB Racers for its reliability and durability, being the Warmer of choice has resulted in 8 World MGP Championship’s, arguably the best warmer available today.

The TNT System, self-adjusts the Warmer to achieve a constant 85°C in 30 minutes and retains a uniform 85°C tyre temperature.

No thermostat controlled Warmer delivers the performance or constant temperature that the TNT System achieves.

To achieve a 30 minute heat time and a uniform heat distribution:

We stitch 40m of 5mm diameter Radially placed Heat cable enclosed into a Teflon Blanket.

To provide this level of performance the Power cable wire in encased in silicone and resistant to temperatures up to 200°C

A thermostat controlled Warmer needs a minimum of 45 minutes to deliver the heat performance that our system does in 30 min.

A thermostat controller is heat inconstant with a low duration period and cycles through the heat range,

where the Kaneg gives a constant heat.

Our Kaneg Warmers with TNT Technology self-adjusts the tyre to 85°C, no need for a thermostat with our warmers, just check the control light to know the Warmer is operating.

IF there is a Heat Cable overlap the Warmer Fabric Casing will melt, if holes develop in the warmer inner or outer fabric, these fails are not a manufacturering fault

When not in use do not leave the warmer switched on.

Do not leave the warmers in a bundle/pile or overlapping.
